Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is also referred to as Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD).     This is a therapeutic technique that addresses the fluid between the skin and the muscles.   Very gentle, specialized massage strokes encourage lymphatic vessels to take up the fluid and move it through the system of lymph nodes all over the body which filter waste by-products that cannot be processed by the bloodstream.

Lymphatic drainage massage boosts the immune system, promotes movement and release of toxins, reduces swelling due to illness or injury and can reduce the appearance of cellulite.   MLD is an important treatment for anyone who has had lymph nodes removed for any reason.

I will be happy to discuss my practice of this technique and how the benefits may apply to you.   402-705-1492
